Whether wet painting or powder coating, we can implement your specific requirements. And thanks to our in-house electroplating and anodising department, we have optimal pretreatments for ideal adhesion and the highest possible corrosion resistance. Depending on the component requirements, either wet or powder coating may be the better solution.<\/p>\n

Many wet paints only dry at 80\u00b0C, an important aspect for heat-sensitive components or base materials. And the excellent recoatability of these paint layers is a decisive factor for cast components. Wet paint is also the right choice for conductive paint coats or effect paints (e.g. metallic).<\/p>\n

In electrostatic powder coating, the applied powder particles are baked and cross-linked at high temperatures (150\u00b0C – 240\u00b0C). This results in paint layers with high chemical resistance, excellent light fastness and high UV durability. As with wet painting, both smooth and textured paint coats are applied and partial areas can be covered if required.<\/p>\n

Through an array of comprehensive testing methods, including cross-cut testing, colour measurement, and gloss measurement, we not only guarantee strong paint adhesion but also consistently achieve the right colour tone.<\/p>\n<\/div>
