While nickel electroplating \u2014 one of the first industrially implemented electroplating processes \u2014 has become a niche product, chemical nickel plating is still gaining importance and market share. Superb corrosion protection, contour-accurate separation, good to very good wear resistance and also a great look \u2014 that\u2019s why our experts are so passionate about this process.<\/p>\n

A similar development is evident in the field of ultrasonic cleaning. Pre- and postcleaning processes are becoming increasingly important.<\/p>\n

And similar to chemical nickel, the cleaning processes are applied to many metallic base materials.<\/p>\n

The situation is very different with black chrome plating, blue staining of brass, passivating or browning of stainless steel, copper plating and pad plating. Here we use special processes \u2014 with targeted functional or decorative properties \u2014 for a specific customer benefit.<\/p>\n
