An extensive measurement room equipped with cutting-edge 3D measurement technology is at the heart of our measurement technology. At Polymeca, however, quality goes beyond measurement instruments and measurement results. For us, quality means:

Polymeca operates an interactive management system. All processes are controlled, and the results are recorded and evaluated monthly. Measures are consistently requested in the event of deviations from the target value. Regular benchmarking of all important production processes ensures sustainable improvement of our own processes and thus permanent top performance. ISO certificates, quality manual, conformity declarations, test reports, material certificates – we are happy to meet your requirements in this regard. Polymeca is subject to annual monitoring by an accredited Swiss ISO certification body.

- initial and final part inspection on our 3D measurement machines
- creation of initial sample inspection report in accordance with VDA/VDI
- transfer of an initial sample part to the series production process only takes place after internal testing for sustainable process stability of all required processes
- inspection of the manufactured articles using continuously monitored measuring equipment
